    UPS lost part of our shipment in RI yesterday, so tonight we had to spend a few hours helping the shipping crew get caught up. Come 9 or 9:30, I was getting kind of sore, possibly from recent workouts and cross-town walks, so Andy and I went to dinner and I knocked a few back to take the edge off the walk home – which I wound up not doing anyway, in favor of a bus ride on which I could continue chit-chatting.

    Sending you that email a little while ago required a lot of concentration, and I just finished doing some contracting that I hope I didn’t screw up. ;-)

    So, sure, it was a fine end to a long day.
