Hopefully habit-forming

Lifted again – whoo-hoo!
Why, it’s almost as good as smacking TJIC in the face with a frilly white glove, in front of all the Court hangers-on.

Can’t. Move. Arms.

Started lifting again. Ugh. I’m weak. But, the ol’ heart-rate’s been up a bit for about 20 minutes so far, which I think means that it wasn’t a total waste.
“woot”, as the kiddies say.
