It’s frothy out there in web round 2, assuming we’re in round 2, and all those bubbles really add to the effect. Each day, I see more than one new speech bubble logo. Am I the only one who thinks this has passed the point of group think, and entered the realm of comedy?

(I just used a speech bubble in a logo proposal, but it was for a company selling things with speech bubbles on them. I had no idea how common it was - in fact, the only one in use that I could think of was Bravo’s, which isn’t in the collection linked above, presumably because it’s not also part of the damnable “web 2.0″ set)
