    I envision the injected fat cells growing out of control and women developing ridiculously massive, pendulous, painful breasts, and the only way to halt the growth is to perform complete mastectomies.

    As compared to now, when women have giant bags of saline installed to develop “ridiculously massive, pendulous, painful breasts”.
