Pure geekery

A diskworld wedding cake. I have to say I have new respect for marzipan as a medium.

I am a big fan of the Discworld series. Fun, light, interesting reads. When I first moved to Germany, my connection to sanity was “The British Bookshop” in Frankfurt until I had a social life, and they stocked every one of the books.

I’m especially partial to the “City Watch” books.

I’ve wanted to make a toroidial pizza, inside a centrifigul oven, for some time now.

I can see a centrifigul oven. But I can’t see how you’d keep it from collapsing once it’s out.

Unless you had a habitat in microgravity.

    oh. Oh. OH. Ohhhh …

You could make a toroidial calzone, inside a centrifigul oven, here on earth. Then you wouldn’t have to wait as long. To eat that is.
