I’m not really a manga fan, but any tool designed for drawing and laying out out pen & ink comics is probably worth looking into.
In related news, my copy of Painter IX has mysteriously stopped working, and re-installing doesn’t solve the problem. I’ve got a game of musical hard drives coming up soon, so I guess I’ll wait and deal with it then.
