More than just a cool toy - it’s an artifact

I have been a fan of steampunk since The Difference Engine came out. I’m sure that these will be a bit too expensive, but man they are cool. The velvet lined cases and cleaning tools complete the package. I wonder what would happen if you tried to take one of these through airport security?

The testimonial cracked me up:

    Archeologist, 5000 years from now:

    Judging from the number of artifacts found in the tomb, we can only conclude that this “JMD” was a very important member of his society.
