While doing a back up of a client’s mailboxes to my local machine (a furiously slow process due to the ass-raping my otherwise excellent web hosting provider Dreamhost is currently inflicting on its customers, made more irritating by the lack of multi-threading capability on the part of my otherwise excellent email program, the discontinued-due-to-bankruptcy Mulberry), in a flurry of keyboard pounding aimed at dismissing all of the “waiting for server response” boxes that were popping up for other mailboxes being automatically checked, I accidentally deleted the contents of my inbox.
It’s so nice and clean I’m thinking I should have done it deliberately, ages ago.
