		<description>Heh.  Somewhere on the Liftport blog is a screen cap I made of a X meter rise in water in Seattle.  The bit of land we're on in Bremerton turns into an island, 6 or 7 city blocks long by 2-3 wide.

Demo the buildings we don't need, seed some grass and trees, rehab the buildings we want and hoy presto a pretty keen place to work.  All we need is a rock grinder to turn the masonry rubble into a beach for it to be perfect.</description>
