    i saw mogwai yesterday in edinburgh….. it was like hell exploded and i was caught in the middle…..excellent, defeaning and mesmerizing…..
    definitely the LOUDEST gig i’ve been in my life

    I saw them a couple of years ago (Rock Action tour), again, in Somerville (I’d been trying to see them for a couple of years but gigs were cancelled at the last minute, clubs caught fire at inconvenient times, etc). It was a more or less quiet album, but they shook the building to the foundations. Good description: excellent, deafening, and mesmerizing.

    I better check to see if the show is sold out…!
