		<description>It's gotten to the point that I see news like this, and I don't think "hurray; we monkeys have learned more, which will help us improve our lifestyles and help people".  I instead think "Oh, man, imagine the lawsuits we're going to have in a few years, where the Crusading Progressive Lawyers go after Big Beverage (tm) companies for illegally and imorally not knowing something that no one knew at the time".
