I've been wanting to rent a vacation place on one of (Criehaven/Vinalhaven/Isle Au Haut/name other island with properties available and some population) for a long time but could not get spousal unit to agree this was a good idea. Camping lowers the bar. Next summer, what what? We can rent sea kayaks at REI. I am 100% up for camping on islands.
