There’s some PC argument so stupid I can’t remember the details which says that the oppressed cannot be considered racist/sexist/whateverist because any such statements they make are a response to their oppressed condition and therefore the fault of the oppressors in the ultimate sense.
See? There’s no way we can ever make a point because the game is named “they win”.

Seriously, though, the name of the game is “they win - on campus, at least”. When you expose someone as a hypocrite, it’s usually to show third parties that the hypocrite isn’t worth listening to, not to “reform” the hypocrite (at least, not directly). There are plenty of people who haven’t recognized how screwed up academia is who could be educated by this.
