		<description>That's all fine and good and stuff but does the MBTA have a plan to make the blue not a s#!t hole or update the Green line so that someone over the age of 50 sould have a chance of getting on a train.  NOw, I haven't been in boston since may so excuse me if i've missed a step or two but as I recall the payment system was NOT, was CERTAINLY NOT, the MBTA's biggest problem.  HOw about train that could move sufficient people during rush hour or get beople out of the fleet center and fenway park.  I'm glad the station in DOrchester will LOOK good though and that the airport station is 500 feet closer to the terminal.</description>

		<description>I've seen that rollover effect before and been baffled by it, so I took a look at the page in IE6 - no rollover. So I'm guessing non-standards compliant CSS tailored for IE. It's inheriting from the link rollover color somehow.</description>
